Irina Rusch was born in the Ukraine. She attended a high school for physics, mathematics and programming there.
Between 1997 and 2000, she studied at the international boarding school, Institut Montana am Zugerberg, where she graduated from high school with a Swiss Matura, specialising in economics and law.
In 2000, she studied law at the University of Zurich. From the beginning of her studies, she gained experience and important practical knowledge in a traditional Swiss law firm, Neupert & Partner in Zollikon-Zurich. In 2006, Irina Rusch received her doctorate in law (Master of Law).
Between 2006 and the end of 2007, Ms. Rusch worked in a commercial law firm in Zurich, BodmerFischer Rechtsanwälte AG.
In July 2008, Irina Rusch founds Swiss Harvest Family Office GmbH.
In 2009, Irina Rusch was admitted to the bar in the Canton of Zurich.
In March 2011, Irina Rusch founded Swiss Harvest Asset Management GmbH.

Irina Rusch has a daughter and a son.

Michael Rusch was born in Zurich. He attended secondary school there.
Between 2000 and 2003, he completed a commercial apprenticeship (KV-Business School Zurich) with the City of Zurich.
After completing his three-year apprenticeship, he worked as an accountant for one year and as a civil servant for the city of Zurich for eight years
In December 2012, he joined Swiss Harvest Asset Management GmbH as an assistant. After about 3 years he was promoted to Relationship Manager.
He completed the CYP in 2015.
From 2016 to 2019, he completed his studies to become a Swiss Certified Bank Economist.
In June 2021, he was elected as a member of the Executive Board and a member of the Board of Directors
